Currently they meet every Sunday from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m @ The Vinings Apartments Clubhouse (5500 Vinings Drive Richmond, VA 23234). Each session is $15 and you'll have the chance to work out with some of Richmond's BEST instructors and most supportive ladies!!!
